Good product, but absolutely terrible support. Takes days to get in touch with someone, and returns 'We ran into an issue while signing you in, please take a break and try again soon.' whenever I try to log in. I have a paid team plan for my company, now we are paying without having access.Terrible support, will definitely consider moving to one of your competitor due to your outrageously bad support.
