First college class for my son in high school. Recommended chegg by a friend. WORST EXPERIENCE. First book "supposedly" shipped. Tracking goes nowhere.Talk to customer service via messaging for days. Finally get them to agree to reship.Next thing I know the order is cancelled and we are refunded because the book is now suddenly out of stock. I didn't need a refund! My son needed this book!
