I was looking for answers and this site was advertising that they had them, but the only way to view the answers was to pay a $20 subscription (plus tax). So I pay the subscription and while I can find the questions on the site, I cannot find the answers, which again, are advertised as being there. After realizing this, about 10 minutes after I create my account, I request a refund due to the false advertising. I was informed that I will not be receiving a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED*UPDATE 1- I cannot reply to chegg.com's reply, so my rebuttal is that if you are not providing answers and that they are to be worked through, perhaps do not advertise that you already have the answer in your site?**UPDATE 2- for whoever fell into the same situation that I did, I contacted the BBB to report this issue with Chegg.com (since I have read MULTIPLE reviews claiming the same issue) and I was provided a full refund.
