Absolutely incredible customer service. I got an email saying 'thank you for your purchase' and was utterly confused since I thought I had cancelled my subscription years ago. I then checked my account and it turns out I had been getting charged for 5 months and not getting any emails or contact from them about it. I contacted support and they checked that I had indeed not been using my account for that time and refunded me for all 5 months. Very rare positive experience with a customer service team - 5 stars!
