currently i've applied for the gold membership in chess.com. At first i saw the membership charged twice, thought maybe because of the error, trying to contact support but no help. The next day, it suddenly charged me 3 times more. Contacting to support came in hopeless at the moment. I demand the refund asap! I am just a new guy who saw chess as a game to learn and improve knowledge. But this site has shattered my hope completely, i will never pay for this membership ever again and i'm hoping that everyone will not buy this membership from chess.com ever again.
