The user interface is really poor. It's often hard to figure out where you need to go, and it usually requires a lot of clicking to get there.There have been times where I accidentally navigated away from the active game I was playing and was not able to find my way back in time before I auto "abandoned" the game. The game wasn't even listed in my games list until several minutes after I "abandoned" it.Cheaters only seem to be handled if it happens on a live stream. There have been cheaters who were known and active for years before they got banned.Going premium gets you access to chess videos, studies and puzzles. But it's not free, and you're constantly nagged to upgrade to premium. Which, to be honest, is probably worth it, if you want to use the study possibilities.But if you just want to play chess, Lichess is better than chess.com. And free.
