The delivery promised time was 6:30. Order not delivered. Part of an order was delivered late at 7:05. Ordered was placed on Chipotle App for iphone. Attempted to stop driver and he sped off and ignored me. Called Chipolte and said the delivery driver was terrible and we did not get all of our order. They had the nerve to say “it’s not our problem.” This is the worst customer service response I have ever experienced or heard. To the contrary, it absolutely is your problem. In exchange for the food, we paid money and you charged us. We then contacted the general manager and he refused to do anything. They would not deliver the food despite us being charged. My wife actually had to go to the store and get our DELIVERY order. Once we sat down to eat two of meals did not even have rice in the order. The chips had NO salt. We turned the bags inside out and sure enough not one single piece of salt. Salad was all smashed and my wife’s order was not correct.
