I have been locked out of my account for over a month because I can't update my phone number after switching carriers. Customer service support tickets can't be created without logging in, and they have no way of creating one through their site.Called support to assist me with the issue and they don't even have my phone number on file. Please look for other provides don't let your local bank push clover on you. Currently looking at other platforms and they provide better online sales and customer support.This is supposed to be an entity capable of addressing these issues, and instead they referred me to another support number operated by the Bank of America. I would stay away from Clover when the parent company refuses to invest in the platform.(800) 430-7161This is my last year with Clover.
