Despite multiple confirmations that the KYC team would email me, I never received any message – not even in spam or trash. The only email I got was vague, from no-reply info.coinbase.com email, with no link, no instructions, and no next steps.The live support agent kept repeating scripted apologies without actually solving anything. I asked simple, logical questions: What documents do you need? Can I just upload them now? – and got no real response other than “wait a week”.So essentially, I’m locked out of full account functionality, can’t verify anything because Coinbase won’t tell me what to submit, and I’m just supposed to “wait and hope” their email arrives.Unacceptable for a company handling people’s money.This is why they’re getting 1 star.UPDATE: Still no action after coinbase comment below
