They asked me to make a mirrored transaction so they will release my previous one. After I did it I've got both of my transactions on hold, they are now blaming gas fees and mempool for that so they ask me to make another transaction equal to the other two so my funds will be released. So my money are stuck there for more than a week and they can't give any other solution to get my transaction released rather than invest even more.
