I think this company is run by one person and the others just pretend to be customer service. I cannot tell you how many times I bought crypto and then had my account locked for security purposes, missing the timeframe in which I needed to send the crypto and just had to sell it back all the while getting charged for buying, selling, and withdrawing it. These people are masters of fraud and stealing money from you. The latest problem I had takes the cake though. All I wanted to do is change my phone number, as I got a new phone and the old one no longer had service. In logging into the account it would let me verify my account through my e-mail, but after I purchased crypto, It would not let me change my phone number, because it kept sending the verification code to the old number no longer in service. For this it would not let me verify with e-mail, and the 2 crack customer service staffers had me in chat for 3 hours and just kept suggesting the same things over and over. Again, I had to sell my crypto back without using it for what it was intended, and Coinbase gets to suck up all the fees and cannot solve the simple problem of changing my phone number. I cannot even explain the levels of annoyance and frustration and anger that I went through. This company is a fraud, it is corrupt, and it steals people's money, without a care in the world. There is no customer service anymore, not anywhere. I will tip nobody for anything ever again. So go cry to your boss that 2 dollars is not a decent hourly wage when you get stiffed for the 200 dollar bill the next time I get served at some corporate restaurant that survived the fake pandemic while Mom and pops and local businesses who actually care just got shutdown. The only way you make this country great again is put the crooks behind bars. It will never happen.The customer support agent that I spoke with said the only way to change my phone number (this gets really stupid) is to open up a temporary account. Are you kidding me? Then it looks like I'm trying to pull off some fraud by opening a mirror account. What is wrong with a company that cannot change your personal information or give you a way to change your personal information. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. So there's your response, and I'm not leaving my name and info on Trust pilot!!!
