I have been using coinbase of anf on for a few years now and I have always kept them in high regards as far as safety and always had transactions without a hitch. One big issue I have with them is support and them honoring rewards for inviting people. When we invite people they are joining on a trust in us and when rewards aren't given as stated, and support is almost impossible to reach it looks bad on me and to the new potential customer terrible. I sent someone an invite for joining up and if the spent 20 or more in a transaction we each receive 20 dollars each. This has been going on for almost 2 months. I finally reached someone by phone gave them the proof they asked for in an email and was told it would be resolved withing 7 days. 3 weeks later I still haven't heard back in any way. My invitee fi ally reached them via chat and gave everything g asked for and almost a month later nothing. This is unacceptable for a great platform as this to not honor there end of the deal. What is more troubling is the many, many reviews that say the same thing. No support and no reward given. Some having got a hold of support several times. This alone makes me not want to trade with them again. It's bad business all around. Makes you think what other u expected hit will I take at somw point with no help in site. Not to mention I talked coinbase up to my friend and this. Something that should have been an easy task for a big company. Disappointed. Oh just went to get my case number and it got email stating the case is closed......What??????
