They make it impossible to cancel the free trial. I didn't like the program, and tried to cancel a week into my "free" trial. Their instructions for canceling did not align. I finally got it canceled, but was charged anyway (they claim their records show I never canceled.i went back through the process to screen record that their instructions were not accurate and my chat was disconnected. I tried to contact them again and couldn't connect with anyone. I was charged $50 and they have a "bo refund" policy so they refuse to refund me, despite knowing how hard their cancel process is. If you chose to use this company, use the chat option to cancel and make sure you copy the transcript.
