If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't be fooled by the free trial like I was. I decided it wasn't for me, and have been trying for nearly 3 months to cancel it. They are billing me $118/mo. There is no way to cancel it. No email address to contact someone. No phone number to call. NO WAY TO DO IT. I have now contacted my bank and have logged a dispute. I now have to cancel my credit card - and that means all my existing direct debits will be dishonoured while I wait for the new card and transfer it all across to a new card number. All because of Coursera. NIGHTMARE.
