where's the customer support? Seriously, how can a company take your money and then not provide support or answer questions? Also the vast majority of the people in my course were clearly not english speaking. Made it difficult to get any value from a collaboration perspective. Brutal experience. Seems hokey. And Coursera, if you provided a customer number in the profile, I would provide you with it in this review to show I was legit, but there's no customer number in the back end.
