Trash support. They have email addresses for businesses making them money but no support for people doing the certificates. The website only has a below level 'help' section that has error messages for all the topics I needed help with. If you message one of the other emails they copy and paste the link to the 'support' page.Could never imagine doing a degree or legit course through them. Spent longer trying to get support than actually doing the course.
