I specifically chose Creative Market because I needed some stock photos and so many sellers offer low quality or stolen assets. I thought I'd get better quality with Creative Market. I purchased 3 bundles, and I knew much of it would be AI-generated or AI-manipulated. Fine. But one bundle, in particular, is awful. Images that don't make sense, are odd shapes or wavy lines. I requested a refund and provided one of the images - hands holding a coffee mug missing a finger... They refused because they "want to be fair to buyers and sellers" and "you already downloaded the photos." Um, yes, how else would I know they are un-usable? The support rep offered a one-time courtesy exchange but honestly 1. it feels insulting to treat me like you're doing me the favor and 2. how do I know I won't just keep buying low-quality content? I asked the rep what Creative Market's policy is on seller quality, that was 3 days ago, no answer. We are now working 1:1 with independent sellers and photogs. Would not buy from CM again.
