CreativeMarket introduced a so-called inactivity fee (see the article on the support pages: 9041547989659-Inactivity-Fees-for-Customers-and-Shops). They just deduct USD 3,99 from your credits every month if you have not logged on for more than 18 months. So all the money I kept in the system is gone - and the value I get is zero. This is the most customer unfriendly behaviour I have seen so far on the net...
