TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR 20 MINS BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERED, THEN WHEN I TOLD HIM WHAT MY ISSUE WAS HE PLACED ME ON HOLD AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS....THEN HUNG UP!!! THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES IVE EVER SEEN.
