Gm if your employees are working from home why are they not answering the phones, why isn't there any chat, why was I on hold 2 hours yesterday, why why did guy who delivered pkg keep it never went in the box I get an email when mail is delivered and they take a pic of the hand , not my hand, it never went in the box, I want a refund or I'll just go to a croc store show them my order number I hope the customer service is as good as what I'm getting here this is terrible.
