I placed an order on November 18th, 2022 online. I called to get an update. After several calls and almost 3 hours on hold, customer service answered and said it will be delivered soon. This happened beginning of December. Waited but no delivery. I decided to cancel my orders. There was nowhere in their website about cancellation of orders. So i emailed twice. Dec. 5, i received an email my request was received, initiated a case and support reps will respond within 24-48 hours. Nothing!!! Received an email on Dec, 7 stating they are working hard to get my order out the door. I replied stating I have cancelled my orders and want my money back. Another email today, Dec. 9 2:33 pm, working hard again to get my order out. I replied order has been cancelled. Dec. 9th at 4:36 pm, received another email from Crocs asking if i am enjoying my recent purchase and would love to hear my reviews!!! Are you kidding me? I have not received anything! You went from working hard on my order at 2:33 pm to asking me if I am enjoying them at 4:36 pm same day. I clicked on Write a Review to voice my frustrations but did not go anywhere. What kind of business are you running? Is this a scam? This is very frustrating!!! I just want my money back!!
