I ordered a pair for my son and they never made the delivery. Instead, about 3 weeks later I get an email late in the evening stating that they have received a return request for my order! I never even received the shoes nor did I request to return them. The next day I received another email stating that they received my return. I chatted with an agent live and after explaining what had happened he told me it could have been because there was missing information in the address I provided. I told him that wasn't the case, after checking of course! He said it could've been a number of reasons as to why my shoes got sent back to their warehouse but there was nothing they could do. I'd have to wait for them to receive the shoes in order to get a refund and then I had to reorder the shoes. I asked Yoan A "what if I place another order and this happens again?" He answered that there is a risk that it would happen again and that I was welcome to go purchase in the store. If I'm placing an order online, it's because I don't have the time to go to the store, because it's too far, and for many other reasons. Shortly after that answer he sent another message saying he was sorry he couldn't help and finished the chat. This is terrible on customer service on Croc's part. They couldn't figure out what happened with my order, they couldn't do anything to get my order back to me. All they suggest is to go to the store or reorder the product with no guarantee this would happen all over again. Extremely frustrating!!
