Absolutely wonderful experience. This year I began working a tighter schedule and wasn’t able to make time for watching anymore, though I had forgotten my login details and couldn’t cancel my membership. However, Ace (a member of the customer service team) helped me straight away with a same day response and got right onto cancelling my subscription with me. They really deserves a promotion.
