Cant get on to customer service - keep getting SMS say they received my submission but just asking if is it still current. Keep replying - for over 2 weeks - keep getting the same BS SMS.No ones at home - I will move all my cryto to another exchange - cant operate if i cant talk to anyone. Disappointed.
