My story goes like this, and I think it maybe familiar for other Crypto.com users, be aware!1. My funds on Crypto.com were blocked last year. Contacting their support did not help. So I wrote on Trustpilot and they got back to me quickly in 16 Dec 2023.2. On Dec 20, 2023 they told me that my question can be resolved and I just need to send them a video for verification, which I did.3. Ever since then, they kept changing managers and sending me automated messages like "we understand your problem and working on it". NOTHING happens o moves forward.I'd be happy to change this review if they finally COME UP with the actual reply what can be or cannot be done and why. So far they are just putting it off continuously
