Very high fees. I tried this platform out because they said no fees for the first 7 days. I transferred 220 usd in BTC to another wallet and they charged me almost 50 USD which is close to 25%. Why would they charge so much to hard working people? The customer service was ok but I will NEVER get scammed again by this platform with the ridiculously high fees. Please beware unless you are wealthy and dont care about your capital and high fees are nothing to you.
