No support from Crypto.com support. There seems to be no one manning the support desk. Card stolen 2 weeks ago, still can't get an actual reply back from the support centre. I've emailed as well as used the chat feature in the app and other than the auto-reply - nothing. I don't see a choice other than to withdraw funds and relocate to a platform with support for issues. Not sure how you can provide a Visa card with no ability to facilitate a stolen card replacement. The App has been generally 8-9/10 which is great but I would not recommend based on the support alone.
