They don't entertain their customers over the phone even the matters is severe. They are dipping their graveyard. I have the similar experience with this crypto firm. Always replied with a standard reply. If they reply late, they will apologise and told you that the problem might have resolved and thank you. That's it. I have proved in my email! I hope all of the customers service staff will be replaced by a better team over time. They don't deserve my respect at all! Hell team!
