Crypto.com would not help find a direct deposit that was taken from my bank and Crypto.com had accepted but not placed into my account. I had set up a direct deposit from my bank account to the Fiat wallet. I had transferred money that was not deposited into the Fiat wallet. After contacting my bank they provided me with the transaction code to track the money since it was accepted by Crypto.com, but had not been put into my account. I contacted Crypto.com through the chat with a support specialist. They wanted a screen shot or PDF to show proof but "the app does not accept pictures" was the error that kept happening. I told the specialist and they still insisted that they need a screen shot even when I provided all of the details they requested to track the deposit. My money is lost and they are unwilling to help.DO NOT USE THEM
