20 days since I made around 100USD transfer from my kraken account and they have frozen transaction- practically taken my money. They ask for some statements... I contacted customers support, within those 20 days I got the same automatic reply 8 times!!! They say that they are doing their best and if If the problem is still actual I need to reply. That's just terrible disrespectful service, they took my money and ignore customers. Pluss they send those ridiculous mails. Asking to reply, totally not valuing customers time...
