The customer support is like talking to a wall. I have lost a lot of money as it suddenly wouldn’t let me withdraw anything from my account. I’ve emailed them and I get the same automated response. The app was good up until now. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t gotten anywhere. If it weren’t for the safety of bitcoin only God knows how much I would have lost. I don’t know what to even do at this stage. Im just looking at my money with no ability to withdraw or convert. For a platform that is linked to huge organisations such as the NBA and UFC it is such a SCAM! I highly recommend to stay as far away from crypto.com as possible.
