Crypto.com has flagged both of my reviews because they’re desperate in trying to keep a positive image.I asked request for support months ago and no one from their customer service has tried to help me instead multiple people (bots) have been sending me the same email:Hello,I hope this message finds you well.I'm reaching out regarding your latest inquiry. Their customer service is a joke and will just try to wait you out to get tired of requesting support from them. Never do business with this pathetic excuse for a Crypto service. What do you expect when the company is based in Hong Kong where they have no consequences for being incompetent.
