Ok, i had a problem after two years with my app not getting the activation email, had to change my sign in information, it did take 4 weeks which is not the best my advice be polite and be patient you will get the run around in the beginning, for id when you contact them have the last 4 digits of your mobile and 4 digits of your passport to speed things up and so they can find you.....
