Their support team was incredibly helpful and patient. We had problems with our accounts because the main account changed from personal to business and unfortunately, you have to create another account and pass all your data to the new one. this also is required to the friends and Fam plan people. Part of the Friends & Fam group, us, from the old account, had to delete or reset their accounts and create a new one to have access to the new Friends & Fam plan or incorporate into the business team of the new account.It was kind of nightmarish but Nathália, Dashlane Suppport Rep, was incredibly helpful and patient with all of us.
