For a customer to come it is essential, to know ALL standard programs to work smoothly together with your product. I've got the answer, but only after insisting for it. That's not the ideal way. And important: a customer is NOT automatically an IT expert, thus it is not sufficient to answer with "termini technici", but with daily used words. Therefore a living human beeing is far better in understanding and service than a dummy AI which is NOT intelligent, but just reproductive.
