The resolution was accurate and helped. Yet ultimately, not needing to require a resolution for something very clearly is an issue with Dashlane's system would be better. The issue was, out of the blue, my master password stopped working to log into my accounts anywhere. Whether an app or browser. I did not change my master password either. So definitely something Dashlane was doing on their side system-wide. Regardless, once Dashlane customer support exchanged the solution email, it was easy to remedy.
