Can't be cancelled and zero support (UPDATED)

The service is more or less useful, not mentioning that it can not proceed the simplest PDF sometimes. I'd be good with that if there was at least an option to stop paying for this nonsense: once paid for an upgraded plan, they keep charging me monthly. Downgrade did no job, cancellation option just doesn't exist in my account settings. Tried to send a support request, saying that I'm having trouble unsubscribing using their FAQ and need more help — they've replied with an automatic message, quoting an FAQ article that I'm having trouble with. It's literally 1 out of 5 for me, not only because of poor service, but due to the translation quality problems as well.UPD: the CS team got back to me with the solution after all
