No human support for overpayment

Was on 3.99 a month. As soon as final payment taken I upgraded to annual, but the month I had paid 3.99 for was not added to the total, therefore losing me a months sub. Contacted support and got a bot reply, saying it would escalate to human for refund. No human contacted me-then days later the bot emailed to ask how my experience was.With any other sub when you pay for more time it added to your existing credit. I quite like the music service but this degree of poor customer support will have me looking elsewhere
