Absolutely appalling that you offer me a free trial which I took, I’m 8 or 9 days into the sub and you billed me I need a refund asap as this has gone onto my phone bill and this is shocking to treat a new customer like this I have sent you two email and you haven’t even responded to my emails yet which is unacceptable
