not carrying about customers

I am a customer for over 5 years. And for the first time I needed help. Well, customer service was extremely hard to find, extremely rude, not answering my actual question of what will happen if I use my CC from another country why living in a specific country. And telling me it simply doesnt work. But I am doing it already with another CC, also from another country, while living in another country before. Sounds complicated, but it is still working. And while it is working, apparently it is not working according to them. And while still not getting the answer to my actual question, they stopped responding. I am looking for another service provider now. Sick of them
