I recently had a disappointing experience with Dell's customer service. The representative I spoke with was consistently rude, interrupting me and insisting I listen to him rather than hearing my concerns. He repeatedly told me I was wrong, which made the conversation frustrating and unproductive.Additionally, Dell refused to combine the two gift cards I received from purchasing two monitors to help offset the cost of an expensive laptop. On top of that, I was unable to place an order using one of the gift cards on its last day of validity. Despite adding the product to my cart the previous day, Dell refused to apply the gift card or honor its value. They demanded a screenshot of the issue, but I hadn’t captured one the day before.I had hoped for some understanding and flexibility from Dell in this situation, but instead, I felt they were more focused on making money than addressing customer concerns. The lack of consideration was disappointing.
