Customer service a joke. I spent over $8000 for the R16. My R16 is cancelled and dell has my $8000. I haven't received proper support and trying so hard not to abuse the $#%@ out of the next dell person over the phone, but I feel like ripping there head of. I was yesterday that I was gonna get a called back and they'll send of an alien r16 with the same spec. If I receive no help I'm gonna see what I can do with my bank to get my money back. This is last time I'll buy anything from dell
