Worst PC vendor on the planet. They deserve negative 5 stars! Bought an Alienware x17 R1 i7, 3070 4k with 32GB of ram at the height of the supply chain crisis so I clearly way overpaid and had to wait months. As soon as I received it little problems started happening and was running hot which I was assured was 'normal operating temperatures'(might have been normal if I was playing a demanding game and not surfing). I brushed it off and performed a clean install. It seemed to work fine for a couple of months. Then I finally took the laptop to a coffee shop and found out that I was getting less than 90 minutes of battery time. Again I was told that was normal for such a laptop. Then it became less stable, and started to crash, battery lasted less than 60 minutes, laptop discharging while plugged in....then it died. 7 months later, and countless hours troubleshooting, countless hours on the phone with lying technicians who only knows how to lie or say sorry, sent laptop back to dell 3 times and had motherboard changed, had heatsink and fan assembly replaced 3 times, had touch pad replaced, reinstalled dozens of times. And now they want me to send it back again for another reinstallation. The last time I sent it back to them they promised that it would be working before they sent it back. Now I get BSOD when I turn it on and when I tried to reinstall it said that my laptop didn't meet requirements for Windows 11. I just got it back 3 days ago and now they want me to send it back to them for the fourth time! Forget about speaking to a supervisor they promise that they would call and never do. They just want to wear you out so that you would eventually give up. All the positive reviews here are bots! Buyers beware!
