Terrible Company - Go Elsewhere

Dell sold me a desktop PC that was underpowered - not fit for purpose. Their service was atrocious. It was slow (emails taking several days to be answered) and ridiculously expensive for them to repair their faulty product. They wanted £354 to repair a PC that had cost £340 only 15 months earlier. When I eventually received the product back from them (unrepaired), after 6 weeks, I took it to a small local independent computer repair shop. They repaired it the same day for £194.
