I have had my Inspiron 3593 laptop 1 year. I bought it new to be able to return to college and get my degree. $700 laptop just out of 1 year warranty, and HDD crapped out. Suspicious. Customer service from Middle East is no help. Told me I could buy a new hard drive for $1,200!!!! Or send them my computer and they would install and warranty a refurbished one for $140!!! That makes no sense!! “Supervisor” called me back and repeated the same garbage the call center rep did. Dell is a joke of a company.
