I've recently bought an Inspiron 16 to use for business and have had nothing but trouble since I purchased. Why the mouspad doesn't work properly is a joke. They've been out to replace it and even after that reverted to the issue. Got so angry with the lack of working hardware I've no damaged the mousepad and I'm sure they'll say the lack of ability of the machine to actully work is now my fault, but in truth it's the terrible product they provided.
