This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I have purchased Dell Preferred Customer Support or some similar name for $350. Every time I contact them for the poor performance of my machine, the tech will not escalate my issue even though it's been the same for weeks. Then, each time the tech acts like they know what they are doing and only make things worse. Recently, I had a genius who decided I needed to remove several files, but he assured me my Office would not be affected. What a surprise! My Office was deleted and because it was Office 2010 I cannot have it recovered. Fully 16 hours of "working" with other techs the answer is I have to buy Office 365 even though 2010 was working great for me before the fool deleted it. I HATE this service and will NEVER buy another Dell even though I have purchased them for 30 years and foolishly thought they were the best. They are fools and scammers and do not give a care about their customers. I don't even know that they understand what a customer is. To them, its just a call.
