Sent computer without power supply/keyboard/mouse

Bought a computer that they shipped without the keyboard, mouse and power supply. When I called the guy told me this had happened a lot. Asked me to send photos of the box and back of the computer. Did this the same day expecting to get the missing items within 2 days. The next day I receive an email saying it will take at least 2 days to notify the correct department to even look at sending missing items. So I will be cancelling my order and getting a full refund. Anyone know a GOOD computer company?
