Dell support really doesn't even deserve one star. Over the past 2 months of calling Dell support for a problem I'm having with getting audio to play through the speakers in my HDMI attached ASUS monitors, I've given up on them and will be getting rid on my Dell laptop because Dell support is terrible. What happened to the old Dell that did everything you could to to fix your problem and to keep customers happy.I was warned not to buy a Dell product because service is bad and they only want you to use accessories from them. If you don't, they won't supply support unless you pay extra. Warranty support only covers the 'hardware' and not the firmware and internal hardware drivers to make the hardware work..
