Updating my last review about DELL. Customer service is being worse and worse and worse every day. Today I got the message that the screen replacement service requested a month ago, and already paid and compromised to be done in less than a week, will be done beyond Jun 18th! So at least 3 months to replace a screen of a new laptop (bought in Feb 21). Excuses about stock for new products??? I do not recommend DELL anymore. LENOVO similar services were solved in 2-3 days.
